What this website uses
Cookies are small pieces of information saved by a website in your browser. The booking service uses essential cookies containing opaque visitor and booking-access tokens to retrieve your request and payment status and limit repeated requests. They are restricted to the booking API, inaccessible to page scripts, sent securely on the production site and expire after seven days. They do not contain your card details and are not used for advertising.
The separate staff website uses essential sign-in and authenticator-challenge cookies. Staff sessions expire after eight hours; sign-in challenges expire after five minutes. The website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or browser fingerprinting.
There are no embedded maps, videos, social feeds or booking frames. Photographs and fonts are served from this website. Normal browser caching of site files helps pages load and is not used here to identify or follow you. Server and network processing is explained in the Privacy policy.
Why there is no Accept all button
Google Analytics is off until you allow it using Analytics privacy settings. Google receives public-page, device and connection information, but we exclude URL queries and booking details. Analytics cookies and your browser-stored choice last up to 180 days. Google may process information outside Nigeria under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can browse without giving tracking consent. Closing a menu, scrolling or using a booking link is not consent to advertising tracking.
Reject or withdraw analytics at any time using Analytics privacy settings on a public page. This does not affect booking access. Analytics is never used on the separate staff website.
Services you choose to open
Paystack, WhatsApp and Instagram may use their own cookies or similar technologies after you open them. Their notices apply to their processing. This website cannot control their consent settings or grant consent on your behalf. You can call Nicotel instead.
