Confirming your reservation

At least 50% of the room rate confirms a reservation. Full payment is required before check-in.

Security deposits vary by accommodation type and are shown on each detail page. Before payment, obtain the itemised total, any applicable tax or charge, supplier details, and the deposit return process and date in writing.

Late checkout is subject to availability. Agree any extension with the team.

Late checkout charges
12:00 noon to before 3:00 pm	25% of the room rate
3:00 pm to before 6:00 pm	50% of the room rate
From 6:00 pm	The full room rate

If plans change

You can cancel an advance booking. Any charge must be reasonable in the circumstances, including the notice given and the opportunity to rebook. The schedule below is not an automatic entitlement to retain that amount.

On check-in date, before 6:00 pm	50% of the room rate
On check-in date, after 6:00 pm	The full room rate

No cancellation fee applies where the booking cannot be honoured because of the death or hospitalisation of the person for whom, or for whose benefit, it was made, as provided by Nigerian consumer law.

For earlier cancellations, exactly 6:00 pm, no-shows or multi-night calculations, obtain written terms before payment. Your statutory rights take precedence.
